Getting started with the AniLive App for Webex

  1. During a Webex meeting, find the AniLive - Anonymous Live Feedback by Aniline app in the +Apps section

  2. Enter your work email address, which is only used to send you the AniLive meeting feedback in your personal portal

  3. Recording your Webex meeting will allow you to easily match the timestamps in the report to the time in the meeting

  4. After your meeting ends, you will receive an email with a link to your AniLive portal with your reports

What happens when I enter my email address?

AniLive works within Webex to find your meeting and set up a channel for each participant to use for meeting feedback. We send you an email after the meeting with a link to see your AniLive feedback report.

How do participants provide real-time feedback?

When the meeting host opens AniLive, it opens for everyone in the meeting, even if they join later. Each meeting participant then has two ways to give feedback: selecting emojis or typing freeform text.

How can you guarantee that all feedback is anonymous?

When participants provide feedback it is displayed in a single channel, so it is impossible to attribute it to any one participant. Only the feedback data is stored and neither AniLive nor Webex has any way to identify the feedback source.

What happens after my meeting?

As the host, after your meeting ends, you will receive an email with a link to your AniLive portal with your reports.

How does Aniline use my data?

Your Webex identification code and your use of the AniLive app is shared with Aniline for traffic analysis. Nothing else about you or your meeting participants is shared with Aniline. Our privacy policy, which provides information on how we handle data for Aniline account holders, is available here.
